Just wanted to say thanks to all of my fellow SBDers. I will be signing off for now. I am starting a new career on Monday and I have to hand in my laptop and therefore will not have access to this website. I will be on a training course for a week and will return from that with a new laptop and will be interested to see everyone's progress. Wish me luck ...the training is at a hotel, and they have told me that meals are provided. Help! all of those muffins and danishes, and carbs and calories! Talk to ya all in a week. !
