Mau nanya deh gimana klo BB nya masih stuck di angka 65-an. Cara biar bisa lg gimana ya?? Soalnya waktu awal2 konsisten turunnya skrg susah bgt

emg pas awal2 turunnya lbh gampang kk, krn kebanyakan yg turun itu kadar airnya. gapapaa disabarin aja, boleh coba diitung ulang bmr sama tdee nya (krn kalo bb berubah, hasilnya bisa berubah). bisa juga coba refeeding, reverse dieting, ato angkat beban. ga bakal bulky yaa cewe ga akan sampe berotot kyk ade ray kok😅
