had a great day today, first I shovelled the driveway and the sidewalks, (hubby is sick) so someone had to do it. Then went off to swimming, did my workout. Home the way home stopped and had a grilled chicken pita at Extreme Pita, and diet Pepsi. Counted all the calories and updated my diet food calendar. The only trouble I have is getting in my water, does anyone else have this trouble, I do drink Diet Coke, I know I know about pop, but I like it, and don't drink coffee or tea.

How do you all manage to get your water in? Inquiring minds want to know.

I have a 1.5 liter Nalgene bottle. Keeping it with me works wonders for my fluid intake.
