got in a 30 minute walk. 0.96 miles. at least i got my 30 minutes in. my cardio took me off my beta blocker med yesterday, at check up he said my pulse was too low, 44 bpm. i told him how tired i was and how i could hardly walk around. i did feel better on today's walk. i had more energy, at least in the beginning. by the end my hips start to hurt alot even though i'm walking on soft grass. wonder if my hip joints are going south.....i have a check up with my ortho next week. will ask her.
