I got up this morning and got on my scale to see 222 on the display. It might as well have read 666 I was so upset. This is the heaviest I have been my entire life! I have gained about forty pounds over the last 10 years, 20 of them in the last two. I got married, and I feel like I've 'let myself go'. I'm taking control and doing a diet I know works: keto!
