Makan siang hari ini kira2 300kalori
- nasi putih 3sdm, tumis oyong & telur dadar goreng buncis.
Setelah ini mau makan 1 potong pepaya. 🤤
Tadi pagi skip sarapan. Malam rencana mau buah dan oatmeal aja. Semoga lancar 😇
