Baked Salmon w/ Roasted Brussel Sprouts.
Both just lightly seasoned with salt & pepper. I really dig balsamic vinegar with salmon too.

Love salmon and brussels. Mccormick makes a cedar plank seasoning that I found at Costco and I absolutely ADORE it on both (asparagus too)! It's phenomenal. Really, most seasonings are good on them though since they're so good naturally, anything will finish them off 😋
