Eat foods higher in fibre, it prevents you from crashing. It slows down digestion and you absorb the carbs in your food slower, so your insulin doesn’t spike very high, it is at a good range throughout the day. It also helps with high blood pressure. Complex carbs are your best option. Simple carbs tend to digest fast. You end up hangry very soon after your meals lol on a keto diet, you shouldn’t experience any crashes because you are fat adapted (in ketosis) your fuel is fat, not glucose/carbs. It depends on your lifestyle.

I love this FS group just becos we can all relate to one another. I have ‘nap crashes’.. and now I am convinced that naps are evil. EVERY SINGLE TIME that I have napped, I’ve woken up and binged - like I ate everything in sight 😐 it’s happened on like 5/6 occasions. So now I just DONT nap and instead exercise or meal prep. Maybe these might help you?

Maybe work an afternoon snack into you day? An apple or 2 provitas with bovril or even a teaspoon of peanut butter?

Oh MEGA Almond nut butter also helps. A tablespoon is a great snack and packs a protein and fat punch with little carbs

Hi just want to say keep up the good work everyone..the weight shall 😎. Cut out any refined sugars during the morning,this often leads to afternoon cravings. Rather replace with sweet fruit of your choice to give you that boost,but if you have a sweeth tooth and must have some sweetness in the morning. Switch out the sugar for xylitol or any sweetener will do.
It will be hard at first,but give it a few days. it might even be worth it..
