Crap I screwed it yesterday.. Had Pizza for dinner .. Ordered with thin crust wheat base but I know its still not justified.. and I ate it for dinner .. cudnt be worse.. :'(

Nothing wrong with pizza as long as you reduce calories in other meals so you don't go over. Total daily calories are what counts, not an individual type of food.

Since I had it for dinner .. I went above my goal cals for the day .. That too by some 400 crappy Kcals. To compensate I will play badminton everyday for a week. I played today. No Pizza, never.
