Day four of exercise and logged a loss of 740 calories per my Polar watch and monitor. I'm so fired up to be able to actually "see" the progress and know that I in fact have control. It's no surprise that I'm sleeping much better and have more energy. This may not sound like much to some of you out here but for me it's a big deal considering I finished cancer treatment in July and haven't been able to get as physical with exercise as I have this week.
