I am heartbroken 😭 My husband came home last night and informed me that he has had a salary reduction again. He is now getting slightly more than minimum wage. How does people afford to pay all their living expenses and buy food (never mind healthy food!) I completely lost my head a ate everything in sight and actually felt sick after.

I am really sorry to hear about your situation and I will keep you in my prayers. I hope everything works out. The best advice I can give especially in regards to your fitness journey and nutrition is make due with what you can buy..just be mindful of your calories, look for cheaper alternatives to getting all the nutrients you need. Take a break if you must to figure stuff out but don't give up on your progress, everything might be out of control right now but your fitness is still something that is completely within your power. Light and strength to you and your family 🙏
