Definitely slowing down now that I'm training so hard. I think the issues are (1) building muscle quickly (2) I'm starving after long runs (3) I'm very close to my goal. Ugh. Keeping perspective. Scale numbers don't matter. Size 4 pants matter and 8:13 miles matter. And, oh, they feel good.
61.2 kg Lost so far: 42.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
