Awal BB 61 kg , mulai gym 1 bulan yg lalu. Mulai IF dan defkal 2 minggu lalu. Sebulan ini baru turun 2 kilo. Perjuangan masih panjang, gpp pelan pelan.. Yok bisa yok 11 kilo lagi ke 48kg !
