I guess that depends on your opinion of healthy? 🤷🏼♀️ I love the new dressings from Whole30 because they have ingredients I can pronounce and no sugar. They are not low calorie, however. 180 calories or so in 2 tablespoons. (It varies). Consider you need to consume salads with some fats to allow you to absorb the fat soluble vitamins.
