Do you guys know of any healthy dressing to add to your salad?😬 help. Lol

Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar, half and half. That's my dressing of choice these days. Unless I substitute Avocado Oil for the Olive Oil. It is not low calorie, but it's very healthy, and perfect for Keto or low carb.

Hi I really love adding one lemon , a little oil , and also some salt and pepper. I normally just eye ball the amount. I also sometimes add some sprinkles of feta cheese on top for taste. Another one you can try is more simple, one tablespoon balsamic vinegar, half tablespoon olive oil and some salt 👌👌👌

I use balsamic vinegar and have a mister with olive oil in it. Two seconds of that. Otherwise, I just use less of commercial ones by watering them down.

Most dressings involve oils or some kind of fatty base (like ranch). I am not overly concerned about these in my diet as I eat a ton of veggies and I like the fatty bases. However, if you are trying to avoid processed dressings, then I recommend salsas. It may sound weird, but salsas tend to be more natural and lower in calories then regular dressings, and they tend to taste delicious in salads. Another commenter mentioned mango salsa, which I totally second. There are a ton of different salsas other than just the traditional tomato salsa. I often just eat lettuce and salsa as a meal because it is delicious and easy to throw together.
