apple cider vinegar with olive oil. I use Walton farms dressing and creamer some say they are not healthy, but I have used them for years and my doctor can't find anything wrong with me.

Homemade ranch. I buy a packet of powdered ranch dressing, then add 1/3 cup non-fat Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup non-fat sour cream, 1/3 cup low-fat mayo, enough low-fat milk to desired consistency. Then, dehydrated onions, dry dill, organic no-salt seasoning and some black pepper. You can also add in fresh minced onions, fresh parsley, cilantro...whatever sounds good! It's creamy, delicious and will last a couple of weeks in the fridge. Yummy!

If you are eating healthy fats and have a good blender, you can make nut dressing. I made some with mango salsa, cilantro and walnuts. Delicious but taste is personal. Sometimes I just add avocado. For maximum absorption fat is needed. I like lemon or vinegar and olive or avocado oil. Also crumbled blue cheese or feta cheese.

You can make your own vinaigrette with olive oil, honey, and mustard or even just oil and balsamic. You can also make them with tahini or hummus

Salsa is a great go to but I also use skinny girl. Raspberry, Balsamic, and honey mustard are the best. Ranch is to watery. Most are 5-10 calories per 2 tablespoons.

If I'm @home, I just squeeze some lemon-juice over my salad. If I'm on the streets, then I choose Italian or Balsamic. Vinaigrette tends to make me cough & choke. It's pretty embarrassing in public. JMHO Enjoy :)

Sauces are my devil, lol. When really trying to lose weight, I try and limit myself to one meat OR sauce per meal.
Long story short: spices. Pepper, low or no salt mixes, even crumpling up a crouton or two. This has the added effect of training your tastebuds to dislike or get full sooner on things too rich in fats.

I might even just grill that chicken a bit longer for more flavor! Non stick pan obvs.

Wooo Kellyfunkestime, thanks for reminding me of Salsa, I used to use that on salads a long time ago. Time to bring it back.
