Awoke a couple of times last night. Climbed down the ladder to pee and it took a long time to go back to sleep. Overall the new haunt should be wonderful. Can hear the folks upstairs but it is quiet enough.

Stepped on the scale that I have here and see that am down. Know that it is all water as in spite of drinking lots of water my pee is still pretty dark. I must have started out very dehydrated.

Feeling pretty good. Glad that I ate the potatoes that probably helped me sleep more. Still have morning cough.

This app is well made but adding items not on the list is not easy. I added a stuffed pepper for dinner and there is no option for vegan faux ground beef. Don't eat meat.

Eating went to hell today. Gorged. Ironically went to outdoor comedy to celebrate Misch's birthday where two comics talked about all of the weight that they lost this Covid year while I ate.
