today went back to my swimming, every day 5 days a week, 45 minutes a day.
Well its not really swimming, its swim walking. I also walked the dog for 30 minutes. Ate really good and stayed on track. The trick is to think ahead of what you are going to have. Bad time of day is right after swimming on my way home, will carry celery and carrots in the car for that.
haven't yet figured out how to add buddies, anyone out there know how?

Good for you. To add buddies you can click on the persons name to go to their profile and then under their picture in little green print it should say add buddy and click on that. Hope it helps. Good luck. Sounds like you're doing great!
