ini ya kaka kaka resepnya :
- oats 70gr ( aku pake haverjoy yg ada chocochipnya )
- uht low fat 40ml
- putih telur ( aku pake uk sedang )
masaknya aku pake teflon dan tanpa minyak. apinya kecil banget.
