This entire lunch came to 308 calories. It consists of: - 3 oz. Bartlett pear - 1 cup iceberg lettuce - 1 chopped tomato - 2 T fat free Italian dressing - 1 dill pickle - 1/3 cup pizza casserole - 33 oz of water - 1/3 cup pepsi I have walked a total of 4.5 miles already and it only took 1.5 hours and got over 10,000 steps. Now, after lunch I have to walk back into town to do an errand, so more exercise to come. My new sneakers were also just delivered, so I can try those out. Will post final steps of the day tonight. Have an amazing day.
