2nd day of diet, first on fatsecret, I have been on this journey so many times that I am mad at myself. I have lost and gained the same 50 lbs how many times in my life. I have vowed this will be the last, and I will lose more than the 50 lbs. My plan to eat correctly, swim 5 days a week for 45 minutes. Today was good.
