Slept at Janee's. Watched Netflix Extraordinary Homes until I fell asleep. Got up several times to pee. Was peckish before bed so had a sweet snack of apple and raw tahini before bed. Awoke at 7am and stayed in bed. Fell back asleep and got out of bed at 10am. Finally feel rested. Bowel movement was a little tough given how much liquid I had taken in.
