Day 39 - 48 minutes/14.1 miles/131 watts/74 rpms

Included picture shows the luxurious views my stationary bike ride affords me. I'm concentrating on my playlist and cadence, so it all works. Once the weather gets better, I'll be taking the road bike down and out. I'm also toying with going back to Planet Fitness and subbing elipitical workouts for some of the bike rides, but not until I get my vaccine shots. I haven't stepped on a scale knowing I ate pretty poorly this weekend. I'll see where I am come Wednesday morning.
