While I am happy to be maintaining my weight just fine, I have been slowing down on exercise to appease my body which seems to be working against me. I am only attempting to lose half a pound a week, so eating more and exercising enough to get my steps and needed cardio time. ....but still no change. I feel great which is what counts ultimately. I never was a string bean and maybe I not meant to be. I am not throwing the towel in yet. Time.......
