Yesterday was my husband's birthday. Total cheat day. I used practically all of my calories for real beer, a gluten - free brownie and ice cream. It was awesome. 😂😂😂 Back to normal today. I used to drink quite heavily, so it was a shock to have a hangover from only 3 beers. Clearly, my body is changing in ways that don't show on the scale.
