I again planned on doing 20 minutes in the A.M. and 20 in the P.M. on the treadmill, but I just did the whole 40 minutes once I was on it :)

Lots of football and talking to Heidi...and I stuck right to my diet...4 shakes...1 soup :)
127.9 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week
