Body fat at 11.5% now with lean mass of 65kg, the training and diet is working well... Aiming to be in the 10% range by next week and then will increase calories slightly to try and get lean mass to 70kg without an increase in body fat...
74 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
