Havent been on here in a while since I'm not in the office every day and since I dont have internet at home, but im in the office today so i decided to weigh in and update my status on here. Havent really lost much, probably because I gained from the cruise. Ive been to a lot of parties lately and its been hard to get back on track. I'm getting back on track this week though and trying to track my points. I wasnt focusing too much on points before, mostly just trying to eat more fruit and veggies and cutting back and focusing on portions, but pointing seems to work better. I also started to exercise again.
I weighed in yesterday and got measured. Ive lost inches on my hips, legs, and like half an inch in my bust and tummy. I feel like I havent really lost anything though. I havent felt a difference.
