Feeling Good!!! Shane sounds better now so that horrible niggle that i might have had to make a dash to G has started to recede. Hope he goes to the docs tomorrow to check that chest of his tho.

Had a really good day today and found a hot chocolate with only 96 cals and it was yum - way to go costa coffee...
