I was really worried at first when I woke up this morn. You see. When I start off in a hungry mood.... I eat EVERYTHING that I can get my hands on ALL day. I woke up STARVING this morning. It took alot of restrain to not go to the vending machine.. or much on that extra granola bar!! But I did it. SHEW. Now to sik myeself up for the Gym today. I really struggled on the last part yesterday. Here is an Idea of what I do at the gym. I go Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday/Saturday (sometimes both days.. some weeks just one depending on mood and soreness). THREADMILL: (wieght loss program) 3.5 mph (starting at flat going up to 8% incline) for 45 min. Eliptical: (wieght loss program) 33 mins (alternating from 1/8 on crossramp) Bicycle: (cal loss program) 35 mins
Then on M, W, F I do the push up challange. I feel pretty great when I am doing this. I just hope I am not over doing it. Esp after having such a hard time with finishing the Bicycle yesterday.
