Down a pound from yesterday. Still 1-1/2 pounds above where I was ten days ago, but at least I'm headed back in the right direction. Been keeping calories in the low 1,600's. Drinking my 8 cups of water a day. Doing 16:8 IF (between 3:30pm and 7:30am). Eating the last little piece of Keto cheesecake today, so that'll save me over 400 calories a day once it's gone, which will allow me to get in more vegetables. The asparagus turned out to be pretty good yesterday. Will probably continue to add it into the vegetable, maybe once or twice a month. Now I'm "only" about 3.3 pounds behind where I'm supposed to be, but I feel like I can catch up. That's about all that's happening around here, except for continuing to drain the pool cover. There was about 18" of water on top of it from rain, snow and ice.
