It has now been a week since i have been tracking every single thing i eat and i must say it def. helps. I still have urges to eat stuff that is bad for me but i am proud of myself for not giving in.
I recently joined a gym which makes me so happy. I love to workout and now that I have a place to go i don't have any excuses not to loose this extra weight! my first goal is to fit into my jeans from high school. i can't wait for that day to come! happy dieting everyone! ~Janet~
