I have had a mild case of vertigo the last 4 days. I’ve never had it before and it’s terrible. Monday I woke up and started stumbling to my left and finally got on my hands and knees to crawl to the bathroom. It’s better, but still hanging on. I weighed myself this morning and was up a pound. Not sure if it’s because my water intake significantly decreased and not being cautious with my food, although I haven’t eaten much. Anyways, going to get back on track today.
