sedih bgt 10 Hari bb stuck, gak turun sdikitpun pdahal masih rajin cardio Bab jga lancar ttp Good food dan freenya seminggu skali sja itupun tdk prnah smpai 2000kkal.. itu kenapa yah, ukuran2 dibadan jga tdk berubah signifikan hmpir ttp sma dgn sebulan lalu.
