ada yg tau gak, klo misal habis Cardio/Hiit trus sejam stelahnya nimbang apa memang massa tubuh jdi naik? heran aja, sdh seminggu Defkal 1100-1300 aja, Bab lancar trus cardio 4x seminggu ehh sekilopun gk turun2 tdi bru nimbang after 1weeks
