So, I got out of bed and went to the gym this morning because Kawiener told me to do so. I've been procrastinating for the last couple of months, finding so many excuses NOT to go to the gym. But Ka said in her post to treat it like a job, not an option. So, I set my alarm for 4:30 a.m. and got up this morning and went to "work" and I'm so pleased that I did.
Thank you Kawiener for inspiring me last night. This is why I belong to this group, and why I have lost the weight that neither I, nor my doctor, ever thought I would be able to lose without professional help. You, my FS friends, inspire and encourage me every single day. Together we are a team, a family, we are so much stronger than any one of us alone. And I am a better person, in so many ways, because of all of you! 💛💜💚
