Day 34 - 43 minutes/11.8 miles/110 watts/72 rpms

No energy for this ride whatsoever. I felt like I had to push the entire way. At this point, I'm just glad I'm getting on the bike every day and completing the workout. No more PR's to push for, just finishing is a victory now. Really looking forward to the scale going under 250 for the first time in a few years.

It's a sweltering 49 degrees outside! Didn't use the kerosene heater in the garage for the first time. Now hopefully this snow will go away and I can get a round in before my surgery... HAGD all..
