Happy Hump Day!! I feel really good today a lot more clear headed- thank God!! I actually lost a pound over night but it wasnt unexpected because I was up a pound yesterday and I couldn't figure it out. I won't record it until next week though to make sure it's a permanent loss. It should be I am planning my weekend so that no excess cheating is involved. A friend of my boyfriends and his wife are coming into town this weekend and they want to go out to eat and then go out. I told my boyfriend that I really want to cut out the drinking because it's added calories and promotes reckless eating. So I said that dinner will be fine but I won't be joining them for drinks. If they want to come over they are more than welcome or maybe I'll join them out for a little but no 2am nights for me. I actually got in 30 minutes of exercise on the kinect, it was quite annoying though because it needs to be recalibrated and it wasn't reading anything above my head. I asked my boyfriend to fix it so hopefully he did otherwise I will work on that tomorrow. Tonight school starts I got all my reading done last night, so I won't be lost tonight. I am a little worried that I won't be able to last through the night I work 7:30am to 4pm and then I have school 5:30pm until 10:20pm!!! That is so late! I'll need to bring a diet coke with and a snack to make sure I make it, I'm usually in bed by that time! Well I hope that everyone has a wonderful day :)
