Last week was a total bust! I was SICK all week, didn't go to work, laid around and slept and I must have eaten although I really don't remember it because I GAINED weight!!! This could be so depressing but I refuse to do that! It is just a matter of getting back on here and writing down everything I eat and watching the balances of my carbs,protein and fat!! Up with the fat, down with the carbs and seriously curb the protein!
Today is the first day back to work since yesterday, Monday, was a holiday. It is easier for me to follow a rational meal plan during the working week. So I'm starting my reformation today.
