Iya kak itu nasi goreng hehe, aku blm bisa eat clean. Jadi yg penting sehari makan diatas bmr dibawah tdee
Aku wo seluang waktuku aja kak... Hehe maklum makmak, yg penting sehari sebisa mungkin disempetin wo. Kalo pun ngga sempet paling lama 3 hari, harus kembali diusahakan wo hehe
