Really pleased with a steady loss and feeling great, trying to walk every day and have stayed off the alcohol totally for the past 6 weeks. Think I’m going to keep that up, tbh it had got to be a bit of a bad habit for the past year especially. I’m sleeping better and feel so much happier now I don’t wake up during the night feeling rough and telling myself I’ve got to stop. This is a lifestyle change I’m keeping up for good, I love how I feel so positive.

Well done Tabatha! I also haven't had a drink since New Year and it's great getting up early and clear headed at the weekends and binging on a lot of gumph either,,go you!! 👏

Love your post as its a "me to" moment! 2020 was bad, lots of alcohol and binge eating. I did dry January and still haven't had any alcohol since. Actually it's easier to avoid alcohol when your trying to get the calories down. Feel a heck of a lot better and I've lost weight. Not really exercising so it's mainly calorie deficit, but I'm eating 3 meals a day and a range, so it's definitely made me think more about what I'm eating. Keep on going and by spring we'll emerge like butterflies!
