santai aja sist bahagiakan diri gak akan gagal kok dietnya asal gak bablas..gak akan lgsg naik sekilo dua kilo..aplg klo diimbangi olahraga beban dan strenght training..aq aja makan diatas rata2 BMR harian malah turun setelah stuck sebulan lebih..enjoy your diet 👌🙂
