Update on my Boot Camp Challenge!
I have been doing really well. I am not going to weigh again until Sunday morning! I have been keeping a record of my food myself because i just dont like tracking it in the diary. But, i will share here!
Febuary 5th Breakfast: Atkins Shake, coffe with splenda and half and half Lunch: Taco Salad (no shell) with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream and meat Dinner: steak and brusell sprouts
Febuary 6th Breakfast: 2 eggs and sausage Lunch: double bacon cheeseburger with pickels, mayo, lettuce tomatoe,mustard..minus the bun and onion Dinner: Chef salad with ranch and hot wings
I am keeping up with some cardio and my push ups and crunches
