While looking for a calorie counter app, I came across FatSecret and was reminded that I had already signed up...way back in 2016! I weigh even more now, so decided to go the whole hog, keep this journal and join a challenge. Obviously I need more than knowledge to keep me on the straight and narrow. Will find a pic to load if I can find one, generally delete all photos.
