Okay, so I have not been doing too great with the carbs this week or made the healthiest choices BUT I have stayed within my calorie allowense each day. And I know today is only Thursday but I do feel proud of myself! With my husband and daughter's birthdays coming up it is going to be hard but we are hopefully going on a cruise (booked looong before Covid) in a little bit more than a month and realistically I won't be anywhere near my goal weight but I would like to fit into my bathing suit that I have and don't have to go buy a new one!
