Tonight's dinner is grilled chicken patty (smothered in italian dressing). Spinach, cucumber, and tomato salad. Last but not least is baked brussel sprouts.

Never had baked brussel sprouts. How are they made? What do you put on them?

Nice, Prism! 😄 and slow Meta I’m not sure. I have stir fried mine from frozen in the past with soy sauce and garlic powder. As you said, quick and easy does it!

I seasoned the brussel sprouts with himalayan pink salt and black pepper, then poured italian dressing on them. I baked them alongside the chicken patty and once done broiled the top.
