Ag, now I feel for an Oreo. I especially love those chocolate coated ones 😭 I shall reward myself with two of those when I enter the ominous 60s 👀 thank you for starting a craving 😂

I find it best to substitute the high calorie treats with lower calorie options. I still get to satisfy the craving, I don't have a surplus of calories and I can usually eat much more of it for less calories
