Ok I am doing well. Considering my weight was so low last week from being so very sick and dehydrated I was expecting to be a little more this week. 0.2 lbs is completely acceptable in my book, it is better than I had hoped for. I had two rough days this week where I am sure I did not maintain my calorie deficit. One day was pizza and another was BBQ ribs, but the important thing was I did not use it as an excuse to start eating other stuff, like desserts. I ate the pizza and the ribs and that was that, the rest of my meals were spot on. I need to feel like when the weight is gone this time I will have the practice I need to know how to keep it off. These months of losing are my training months for both my mind and my body. I really want to believe the 160's are behind me for good, that would be a treasured accomplishment!
