Totalnya cuma 325kalori kak..
Resep ayamnya
-rebus 100gr dada Ayam tanpa kulit(aku msh ada tulangnya), lalu angkat tiriskan.
-dikasih bumbu irisan cabai hijau 3bj,bawang putih1bj, bawang merah1bj, (ditumis tanpa minyak,kasih Air kaldu sisa rebus ayam sedikit).
-Masukin ayam yg SDH direbus
-kasih kecap sedikit(sesuai selera)
-penyedap Royco 1sdt,garam setengah sdt.
-tumis Ampe matang..dah jadi.👍👍
