My Mom made it to my house last night :D I'm excited for her to visit and be here for both my daughter's and my birthdays. She does have some health issues including insomnia so her schedule is backwards. I am up early with the kids so I tend to try to go to sleep early too. But we can make the best of it. I have made some not so good food choices but I have stayed under my RDI...I have not caved and drank any soda which I think is a big helper on having my weight continue to go down. I enjoy the flavor of my iced tea with Truvia so I am glad to have something during the day that isn't hazardous to my health and I make sure to drink water as well especially in the evening when I take my meds and my vitamins. I haven't been keeping track of my water/tea because it never seems to be enough which discourages me, so I just try to drink as much as I can that day and be proud of what I do accomplish. The snow is melting so I am very happy for that! Now if it will dry up and not be so muddy I will be excited to get out and walk :) I hope everyone is having a great week :D
